Moe’s is one of my go-to spots when I’m hungry but can’t quite figure out what I’m in the mood for. There are enough choices to keep it from feeling repetitive, whether you want a burrito, bowl, tacos, nachos, or something a little different.

What I’d tell anyone is to take advantage of the customization. If you’re picky about toppings like I am, it’s really nice being able to add extra salsa, leave things off, or switch up your order each time so it doesn’t feel like the same meal over and over.

Ordering through Moe's has been smooth for me too. The options are easy to follow, and my food has come out the way I selected it. If you’ve got specific preferences, it’s definitely worth ordering that way. 5 stars

Ordered Moe’s catering for a work lunch and did the delivery through their site. Umm, it was straightforward. The food showed up on time, everything was labeled well enough, and the chips were still fresh, which was nice. The driver was friendly too. No real complaints — everyone had plenty to eat and I’d definitely use them again.

Moe's is right by my work so it's really easy to swing by, and the parking is simple too, I can just pop in really quick without having to deal with some long annoying drive.

I had a complaint and, to be honest, I wasn’t sure if I was overreacting at first. But they got back to me and refunded me quickly, so it ended up being way less hassle than I expected.

Stopped by Moe’s for lunch around midday and was impressed with how clean it was. There were maybe 10 or so tables, and the ones I noticed were wiped down, the floors weren’t covered in food, and the salsa area looked like it had been checked recently. Even the bathrooms were clean, which I always pay attention to. It just made the whole lunch feel a lot more relaxed and easy to enjoy.

Stopped by Moe’s around lunch and parking wasnt bad at all. I was expecting to have to circle around, but there were actually a few spots open close to the front. The lot is a little tight when your trying to get out, so it’s not totally perfect, but I didn’t have to park way far away or anything. Smooth visit overall.

Really liked the salsa bar. So many different ones to try. A little something for everyone, honestly.

I like using moes.com because it usually shows what my local Moe’s actually has available. Like, I’ll go in thinking about a bowl, then somehow end up checking queso and salsa options too, and it’s all right there. Every time I’ve ordered, the stuff I picked was actually there, which makes it way easier and saves me from guessing or changing my order last minute.

The only small thing was it took me a minute to figure out where to add a note for the order. I was looking around like, is it under special instructions, order details, item notes, or somewhere at the end? Not a huge problem at all, but that part could be a little more obvious. Overall it was a good experience, just a couple spots could be clearer.

Went to Moe’s with a friend the vibe was chill. It wasn’t too loud, but still had some energy, and everything felt clean and relaxed. The staff were joking around a bit, which made it feel friendly, though I was definitely getting a little impatient waiting to order. Once we sat down, it was a good place to eat and hang out without feeling rushed. Music was solid too.

I’ve been to a few different Moe’s in different towns, and it’s kind of the same each time, in a good way. The food has that familiar taste, and I don’t have to stand there confused at the menu too long.

Some locations are definitely cleaner or quicker than other ones, so it’s not like every visit is perfect-perfect. But the portions are usually solid, and the flavors don’t really go weird on me, if that makes sense.

Overall, it’s a good spot when I just want food and don’t feel like doing the whole guessing game thing. I know what I’m getting, mostly, and that’s nice.

Everything in my order was correct, so no complaints there. The only thing missing was napkins, which was a little annoying. Not sure if they assumed I had some at home or were just saving them, but it would’ve been nice to have a few included.

I’ve used moes and the app a few times now for pickup, i kind of regret not trying it earlier. It’s been smooth overall. The menu is easy to customize, my order has been ready when it said it would be, and I really like being able to pay ahead and just grab my food. One time the app was a little slow, which was annoying, but it still worked fine in the end. No major complaints from me

I was ordering food for my son, who has allergies, and moes.com actually made it easy to check the ingredients ahead of time, which, should be the norm everywhere, but here we are. The staff knew what they were talking about and matched what the site said, so that was a relief. It was nice to eat out and feel normal for once without having to turn dinner into a full investigation.

I’ve got mixed feelings, but overall the rewards are actually worth using. The promos are usually good, and the points seem to add up faster than I expected. It’s not perfect, but I do find myself checking the rewards more often than I thought I would.
